Writing is not only Anneli’s profession, but also a passion. She is a board member of Byron Writers Festival and also chairs author panels during the event, she co-authored the book Flirting with Finance (Fairfax Books), contributed to the travel collection Holiday Goddess Handbag Guide (Harper Collins), edited speakers' talks for TEDxByronBay, and is an avid reader of fiction and books on the art and science of writing.

Anneli created the Eloquence workshops to combine her expertise in writing and teaching, to inspire an appreciation and awareness of eloquent writing among individual participants, and to enable companies to improve their business outcomes by instilling a workplace culture of powerful, persuasive, articulate writing.
